weight lossI am really happy with the weight loss routine and the results that I have been able to see after realizing that I was a bit chunky about a year ago and finally committing to a weight loss routine that could get me back into healthy shape fast. There are many aspects of my life that I changed to encompass the crazy weight loss routine that I decided to commit to from smaller things, like watching what I eat during the day and not eating before I go to bed, to larger things, like taking weight loss nutrition supplements daily and really working out a lot more. I have also found that things I used to love doing, like riding my skateboard, jogging and biking have also greatly assisted me in my weight loss routine, and the results truly speak for themselves my dear readers. Over the past nine or ten months I have safely and quickly dropped about thirty some odd pounds and kept it off. In fact, I am about back to my average body mass index for my height, age and size.
