Well, it is the beginning of the third month of many people’s yearly resolution to get fit and lose weight. Some may not hit the gym as often as they began too, but hopefully the healthy eating has become a habit. I have a friend who was determined that this year she would eat healthy and have some serious weight loss. So far, she is looking great and is keeping up her effort of eating foods with essential nutrition in them. This time she is taking her weight loss slow with exercising three or four times a week and cooking low-fat meals using lots of veggies and herbs. She will definitely be getting her vitamins minerals eating all the right veggies, but does take vitamins nutrition just in case she doesn’t get all the essential vitamins. I am so proud of her, she will reach her goal and I know this time will maintain her weight. The bonus is that she is realizing that healthy meals can taste delicious too, which helps everyone in her family.
