After all the baking and cooking extra fattening meals this holiday season, it is time to get back on track and get on a weight loss plan. I was doing well with taking my vitamins minerals and eating essential nutrition foods before the holidays. I will get back to my routine of eating right and always taking my vitamins minerals, but I do need to get more active. The job I have is an active one, but I know I need to break a sweat. It was funny, I baked some delicious bakery items, but being that I hardly eat that many sweets anymore, I didn’t feel like eating that many Christmas cookies or other really sweet stuff. When you start eating the right types of essential nutrition food, which are delicious too, your desire for the high caloric food loses its appeal and sometimes doesn't sit well with you either. I have many great recipes using lots of fresh herbs, veggies and lean meats. Living in the southwest, fruits are always abundant too. Now I need to get moving!
