I have fought with migraines for most of my life. Sometimes it can be as easy as drinking more water or eating better. One thing that really seems to help is taking one of the B vitamins, riboflavin, with a nice big glass of water. One, you probably need water anyway. And two, you probably don't get enough riboflavin either. Oh yeah, some people call it B-2, but it's the same thing. If you boil your veggies, or eat canned, you already know they are for the most part WORTHLESS for vitamins at all. But sunlight takes it out too. So if you have headaches, visual issues, fatigue, cracks in your mouth, or digestive problems, give it a try. After a while, things should be much better. By the way if you have weak gums and know you don't get enough vitamin C, try some of that too. |
