I was having a problem with my weight and generally not feeling good. I had constant food cravings making it difficult to keep my weight under control. I also was feeling very tired and run down. The carvings are gone proving I did need something. I was craving things because my body was trying to find what was missing. I feel a lot better as well. My energy level has improved. It is amazing how such a small thing as vitamins or minerals can has such a large impact.
