Nutritional Supplements to aide in Weight Loss I can tell you from my personal weight gain and loss experiences that obesity simply is an excess of body fat. I am considered obese if my body mass is 20 percent over my normal body weight. I have had to lose weight to advert the increased risk of certain diseases.
Nutritional supplements that have aided in my weight loss are:
Psyllum husks - Good for high or low blood sugar problems and provides fiber. Also gives a full feeling. Chromium Picolinate - Reduces sugar cravings by stabilizing the metabolism of simple carbohydrates.
Flaxseed Oil, Primrose Oil or Salmon Oil - Provides essential fatty acids for appetite control.
Kelp - Breaks down fat so it can be removed from the body.
Spirulina - Contains needed nutrients and stabilizes blood sugar.
Vitamin C - Speeds up a slow metabolism to burn more calories.
These are very important nutritional supplements that I have used in my weight loss battle against obesity. I have learned in my research that it is more common today in America to be over weight than not. The super sized meals offered in restaurants and all the fast food joints are a big reason for this dilemma. I know that every day I must use essential nutrition smarts to keep myself healthy and to avoid disease. |
