Essential Nutrition for Brain Function |

School is almost kicking back into full gear for high school to college students making it a great time to start a daily regime of essential nutrition for improved brain function. I am not a nutritionist but see the benefits in vitamins minerals and antioxidants. Since taking a few pills a day of Flax Seed Oil, I have not only seen a decline in allergy symptoms like small rashes brought on from tall grass but also feel good about the said benefits of clear blood flow to the heart and brain. I like to think of the vein system as a highway leading to two major cities, the brain and the heart. If those roadways get clogged people in each place can’t work leading to a decrease in function.
I have heard a lot about the benefits of essential nutrition from Ginko Biloba. After doing a quick search online, I found this herb helps improve oxygen and blood flow to the brain. I have never taken it or known anyone to but the claimed benefits seem hard to pass up. There is a long list of vitamins minerals to improve brain function and I think the only way to find out what works is to try it. Shopping online has saved me some cash when experimenting with essential nutrition.
