Alkaline Water Aides Weight Loss |

As far back as I can remember I've been struggling with my weight. I've been on just about every fad weight loss program there is, and I just keep gaining weight. Oh sure I would have a weight loss at first, but I quickly find those wayward pounds!
I've recently found that if I drink a fair amount of alkaline water, especially before I eat, it curbs my appetite. Sometimes you just think you're hungry, but you're actually dehydrated. So I always try to drink some water before stuff anything down my throat. If I'm still hungry after drinking the water, then I go ahead and eat what I want. I've noticed a weight loss already and I haven't really been trying that hard to lose weight.
I'm beginning to change my thoughts on weight loss. I think it's more important to be healthy and eat what you're craving, but try to make the best choices you can! If you deny yourself of a certain dessert, you'll be more likely to gorge on that dessert when you allow yourself a bit of it. If you just eat it when you crave it, but just say to yourself, "I think this is delicious, but I'm really too full to eat the whole thing, I think I'll just eat half!" In the end you will show a weight loss.
My husband and I have recently decided to split dinners and our desserts; we've both noticed a slight weight loss since we've been doing this. Not only are you able to sleep better, by not eating a lot right before bed, but you save money too!
There are many ways to have a weight loss, but the best one I've found yet is to eat whatever you're craving but before you do, drink your alkaline water first. Don't forget to take your nutritional supplements and just eat until you're comfortable. This seems to be the best weight loss program yet!
